What is the correct term for a program that helps you with all your accounting needs?

it seems that it could be either Accounting system or accounting software and sometimes accounting program. in wikipedia it is accounting software

In danish it is regnskabsprogram and you use it for making invoices (faktura). but then again the danish language has very few words compared to the English language.

I often find that there are very few words to chose from in Danish, and an overwhelming amout of possible English words with almost the same meaning, maybe accounting is the main word and the suffix software or program or system are of little importance, we all know that soon it will be accounting app anyway 🙂

I am so relived, sanity prevailed in the big USA in spite of all the hate and stupidity we have witnessed during the last many years. Now we can only hope that the trench wars that have been going on for at least 4 years can end.

America could be so great, if only they stopped listening to the scared and the stupid, And ofcource all the people on fox news.

I guess I am longing for the Clinton years……..

It is hard to fathom that a country as big and strong as USA can leave so many poor people behind, and I am not talking about criminals drug addicts or lacy people who refuse to work, not even about dum people who has next to nothing to offer to the workplace….

I am talking about the many thousands of hard working Americans who live ini a cheap hotel room with their entire family, or in their car or on the street…

Many of them lost everything due to the resent crises, they had a job and a house and a life.

Now they have nothing and the only help they get is handouts from people who feel like being charitable, the state has no help to offer.

Obama or Romney ?

There is no doubt that the people of USA has an important election ahead of them, and seen from a European point of view it is really scary that Romney could be the winner!!!!

I guess that we should find solace in the fact that we survived 12 years of Bush One + two. if we could make it through that we can certanly make it through 4 years of Romney, but it is painful to think that the most powerful nation in the world, might end up being governed by someone who thinks scaremongering and name calling are legitimate political tools, against his own population and against the rest of the world.

It is hard to understand why the Republicans are trying to make the world into such a terrible place, why would anyone want to do that?

Sarah Palin exit as governor of Alaska came as a surprise. Even to her staff and some family members; she didn’t tell her brother. Her more erratic press conference on Friday revealed little – she did not say she was out of politics for good and she did not say she is leaving Alaska so she can concentrate on the 2012 elections. Her motivations are so far unknown, and that to me is worrying. She seems to still be the darling as far as the GOP is concerned, and could easily be their favourite to run against Obama in 3 years time. What is Palin up to now?

They can talk to the hand, or talk to who or what ever they want to, but nothing any of the worlds political leaders can say will make President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad change. He is still going to be the puppet dangling at the end of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s strings, the Iranian supreme leader, and he isn’t up for election.

However, there is no proof that the election result has been manipulated. And there wont be any proof, since no one has access to the full election results, most likely because the ballots haven’t actually been counted. Talk to the hand, because Iran isn’t listening.

Gordon Brown insisted yesterday that he can steer Labour to victory in the next general election, despite his abysmal track record as both prime minister and leader of the Labour party. This statement came amidst growing Cabinet concern over Mr. Brown’s stance on public sector spending. Is Brown delusional?

After five cabinet resignations in one day, isn’t it about time for Gordon Brown to take a hint and just give up? Can’t he see that this isn’t working? Not for him, Labour or the country. Brown’s leadership seems to have been doomed from day one, when he was hit with a world in financial turmoil. Then came the Damien McBride affair. Then the Gurkha’s. And then the biggest and most damaging scandal of them all; MPs expenses. Time to call it a day, Mr. Brown.

What does the unlimited jail sentence given to Baby P’s mother mean? A minimum of five years has caused an outcry from the British public, but have they really understood the sentence? If she had received the maximum prison sentence for the charge of causing or allowing her son’s death was 14 years. But if the judge had given her a conventional sentence of this nature she would have been automatically released after seven years and kept under supervision for the remaining seven years. Has justice been served?
